Meet Karen
Karen trained as a highly experienced dental surgeon and who has dedicated over 35 years to dentistry with the Armed Forces, NHS and the Private sector. Alongside her clinical career, she has cultivated a deep passion for interior design, spending the last four decades shaping and refining distinctive home interiors.
Her creative perspective has been richly influenced by years of living overseas in the Middle East and Europe, where she absorbed a diverse range of cultural styles and design traditions. These global inspirations are thoughtfully blended with her enduring love for the landscapes and character of her Devon homeland and also of her Scottish roots.
Karens work brings together these varied influences to create interiors that feel both sophisticated and deeply personal - spaces that offer warmth, texture and a sense of story. Her approach is guided by an appreciation for detail and also a belief that by remastering your living space you can enhance your everyday living.
Meet Jo
Jo’s career began in merchandising and sales, working for companies supplying ‘fashion paper products’ to independent and national retailers. She gained extensive experience in team management, account management and product development. Latterly, as UK Sales Director for an art publisher, Jo developed a real passion for art. This subsequently led her to open a gallery, sourcing and curating art, ceramics, furniture and jewellery.
For the past 20 years, Jo has worked alongside her partner in his Farm Park business, focusing on buying, retailing and site aesthetics. Always having had a love for all things ‘homes and interiors’, Jo has, over the years, renovated a number of her own homes, including a house in France, project-managed three new builds and, more recently, designed a number of ‘glamping’ and shepherd’s huts.
Jo’s particular passion is creating calm interiors, which are greatly influenced by her travels in South Africa, France and Greece. She strongly believes that you can mix old and new to achieve a distinctive style.
